Frequently Asked Questions

Helpful answers before we get rolling.

Learn how Frame Vero Media plans, produces, delivers, and hosts branded video libraries for businesses.

What kinds of videos do you produce?

We focus on training and onboarding videos, product explainers, and organized brand video libraries. Projects may include interviews, demonstrations, instructional modules, internal communications, or short-form content built around a consistent visual style.

How long does a typical project take?

Timing depends on the number of videos, filming requirements, and review process. A focused single-video project may take a few weeks, while a multi-video library can take several weeks or be produced in planned phases. We provide a working schedule before production begins.

What is included in your production process?

Our process can include discovery, creative planning, scripting support, shot planning, filming, editing, graphics, audio cleanup, review rounds, final delivery, and library organization. Your proposal will clearly identify the services included.

How do revisions work?

Each project includes a defined review process and number of revision rounds stated in the proposal. We recommend gathering feedback from all decision-makers into one consolidated response so editing stays efficient and the schedule remains clear.

Who owns the finished videos?

Usage and ownership terms are documented in the project agreement. In most cases, clients receive broad rights to use approved final videos across the agreed business channels. Third-party music, stock media, fonts, or other licensed materials may remain subject to their original license terms.

Can you host and organize our video library?

Yes. We can help structure a branded library so employees, customers, or other intended audiences can find the right content more easily. Access, organization, updates, and hosting requirements are planned around the project scope.

Do you travel for filming?

Yes, when a project requires on-location production. Travel availability, crew needs, scheduling, and related costs are discussed in advance and included in the proposal when applicable.

Can you work with our existing footage or brand guidelines?

Yes. We can assess existing footage, logos, fonts, colors, messaging, and brand standards before editing. We will flag technical or licensing limitations and recommend practical ways to keep the finished library visually consistent.

How do we start a project?

Contact us with your goals, audience, preferred timeline, approximate number of videos, and any existing materials. We will review the request, discuss the scope, and outline recommended next steps. Frame Vero Media is available Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM PT.
