Terms of Service
Last updated: October 28, 2026
Acceptance
These Terms of Service govern your access to https://framevero.site and your purchase or use of services provided under the Frame Vero Media brand by Frame Vero Media Inc., a Washington corporation founded in 2025 with its principal office in San Francisco, California. By using our website, requesting a quote, approving a proposal, or engaging us for services, you agree to these Terms. If you act for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it.
Services
Frame Vero Media provides media production, content development, editing, creative strategy, and related professional services. The specific scope, schedule, deliverables, revision process, and client responsibilities for an engagement will be described in a written quote, proposal, statement of work, or similar agreement. We may use qualified contractors or service providers to assist with delivery while remaining responsible for our contractual obligations.
Quotes & Payment
Quotes are based on the information available when issued and may expire on the date stated in the quote. Work outside the approved scope, including additional revisions or changed requirements, may require written approval and additional fees. Payment schedules, accepted methods, deposits, taxes, and cancellation terms will be stated in the applicable agreement or invoice. Clients must pay undisputed amounts when due. We may pause work or withhold final deliverables while an account is overdue.
Client Materials & Usage Rights
You retain ownership of materials you provide, including logos, footage, photographs, text, music, and brand assets. You grant us a limited, nonexclusive license to use, reproduce, edit, and adapt those materials solely to perform the agreed services. You represent that you possess all permissions needed for our use. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, you authorize us to identify completed, publicly released work in our portfolio and promotional materials. You may withdraw that authorization for future use by contacting us.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you receive the ownership or usage rights expressly identified in the applicable agreement. Frame Vero Media Inc. retains ownership of its preexisting tools, templates, methods, workflows, know-how, and reusable production elements. Third-party materials remain subject to their licensors’ terms. Drafts, unused concepts, and source or working files are not included unless specifically listed as deliverables.
Acceptable Use
You may not use our website or services to violate law, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, distribute malware, misrepresent identity, facilitate fraud, harass others, or create unlawful or deceptive content. You may not interfere with website security, attempt unauthorized access, scrape the site through abusive automated means, or resell our services without written permission. We may reject, suspend, or terminate work involving prohibited conduct.
Disclaimers
Services and the website are provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Creative outcomes depend on project requirements, client cooperation, platforms, audiences, and third-party systems. We do not warrant uninterrupted website access, error-free files, platform approval, or any particular commercial result. Any estimated schedule may be affected by delayed feedback, scope changes, technical issues, or events beyond reasonable control.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Frame Vero Media Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, goodwill, opportunity, or business interruption. Our total liability arising from a specific engagement will not exceed the amount paid to us for that engagement during the six months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute not resolved informally must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California, and each party consents to their jurisdiction and venue.
Changes
We may revise these Terms to reflect operational, legal, or service changes. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Changes apply prospectively unless law requires otherwise. Continued use of the website or services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
